Trailer for Channel 4’s coverage of the Winter Paralympics in PyeongChang. The promo also served to direct viewers to clips, news and up-to-the-minute views on Channel 4’s dedicated Paralympic site

What we did

We pitched the idea to 4 Creative to have animated cartoon elements integrated into footage of scenes from Winter Paralympics. They loved it, so we made it. After rotoscoping, we composited hand drawn fire, smoke and energy into the shots of various sporting events. We chose a colour palette that complimented the on air graphics and popped on screen.
