‘King of Style’ delves into Michael Jackson’s immense influence on fashion and global trends, focusing on pivotal moments in his solo career when his iconic style left an indelible mark on pop culture. The Title sequence traces the evolution of his fashion and his extraordinary stage presence, paying homage to his enduring legacy and visionary contributions to history.
What we did
Leftchannel approached us to create the KOS title sequence. The Agency specifically came to us for our attention to detail when creating transitions and camera moves. The animated title sequence employed a spectrum of techniques and disciplines. Including photo retouching, parallax animation, motion graphics and 3D animation. The Estate of Michael Jackson had only granted the use of still images so everything was either animated still images or it was originated by us.
